Ordering:  You can order from us by phone or fax at (440) 729-2448.  You can also order via e-mail at kim@kandies.com

Payment:  We accept cash, checks, and money orders.  We can also accept credit cards via PayPal for customers who have a PayPal account.  Please contact us for details!

Shipping:  We ship to the continental U.S. using ground services.  A typical shipping charge for a three pound package to a residential customer in Ohio is approximately $8 to $10.  Please note it will be higher for heavier packages or distant locations.  We ship from the Cleveland, Ohio area.  Please call for special arrangements, such as overnight shipping.

Holidays:  During Christmas and Easter, we suggest that you order at least two weeks in advance.  Please allow an extra week if you plan on having your order shipped.

Summer:  We regret we cannot ship from late May through early September.  We have tried in the past but we had some shipments melt due to the heat.
